Maine Monitor receives support from Report for America, Inasmuch Foundation to expand its investigative reporting

The Inasmuch Foundation and Report for America each announced support for the nonprofit, nonpartisan journalism of The Maine Monitor this week, providing grant funding and a new Report for America corps member that will help The Monitor newsroom grow.

RFA will provide partial funding for The Monitor to host an RFA corps member, who will join the newsroom next summer to report on religion, politics and society in Maine.

Read the Maine Monitor story about the funding.

While The Maine Monitor does not place its content behind paywalls, some newsrooms we link to in this newsletter may.
